Actress of the Week
Good morning, everyone! So, given what happened last week, I think it’s only fitting for one person to be my Actress of the Week this time: Nicollette Sheridan.
Over the past 4+ seasons, she’s been so much fun. I think she’s been the voice of the audience at times, pointing out stuff about the characters that we’re all probably shouting at our TVs at that moment. She’s also had a lot of really fun moments with the Housewives. Still, I think this send-off was one of her best episodes. Granted, I can’t get the logic of confronting a crazy man alone with all his secrets. Still, she did very well with the scene. I really felt Edie’s pain, anger and betrayal in it. Especially when she demands to know if that was the only reason he married her. That one kinda hurt. I also liked her ‘playing dead’ move to stop him from choking her before she ran out of the house. Kinda helps make up for the stupidity of earlier. Hopefully, next week won’t be the last we see of her on the show. I’d love for some flashbacks to happen. Still, she may be ready to completely move on. We’ll see. Either way, great job to her. I can’t imagine a better last episode for her, acting-wise.
A little honorable mention goes to Bree for her selling the business plot. She seemed so pained by it and I loved how she grew back her backbone to call off the whole deal after she realizes Orson doesn’t care one bit about her happiness. Well, that’s it for now. Take care and see ya next time.
