Actress of the Week

Good morning, everyone! So, how did everyone enjoy the episode on Sunday? I know I did and I’m here to talk about my favorite of the week: Nicollette Sheridan. I’ve always enjoyed the character for the comic relief she usually provides, but it’s nice to see her getting more to do with this whole Dave situation. The latest episode proves how good she can be.

In the episode, she goes from annoyance and arrogantly telling Dave that she “does stay lonely long” to being hurt and angry when Dave reveals the fact he was married before. The look on her face and the tone in her voice as she told him to get out was great and I love how she’s still got that rough edge to the character. Early on, she was so whipped, I was worried the character might lose some of her spark, but that wasn’t the case. Good for her.

I’m looking forward to getting to see how she handles herself as the season goes on, because I get the feeling she’s going to have a lot to do soon. Much more than she ever has before on the show- and it’s about time.
