Casting and Spoilers…
Hey, everyone! I am back and ready to share some spoilers I found about the new family on the Lane. Jefferey Nordling has been cast as Drea’s character’s husband and Beau Mirchoff has been cast as the son. If you wanna know more about the family, follow me to the cut…
So this site has a bunch of scoop on the new family and it’s pretty intriguing. Some of the details (especially the part about them having some dark secret that Angie doesn’t want anyone to know about) remind me of the Applewhites and Katherine. Especially when I read about them having moved before to avoid the past.
One thing I’m a little iffy on is the speculation that Julie might get mixed up with the 19-year-old son. For one, I think Julie’s a bit too together and mature to wanna get with a younger guy. My biggest objection, though, is the possibility of yet another Mayer/Delfino being mixed up in a ‘mystery’. I prefer the other speculation out there that has him hooking up with the Solises niece. Now, that would be different. I can’t remember them really being deeply involved in one before.
Another positive? While I’m unfamiliar with Drea’s or Beau’s previous work (check my 24 blog for more info on him), I do like Jeffrey from his time as Agent Moss of 24 last season. He’s a great actor and I was sorry to see his character killed off. Let’s see how he does in this role.
