Desperate Protests
Good morning, guys Now, y’all know I enjoy Desperate Housewives and most of the actors on the show. Well, now I have even more reason to like them I’m sure you’re all aware I am not very happy about the strike vote that’s happening on January 2nd. I can’t see putting more people out of work in already hard times making much sense right now and apparently, I’m not the only one who feels that way. According to yahoo news, a petition was sent out to the SAG leadership urging the union as a whole not to vote for a work stoppage.
James, Neal, Felicity, Eva, Brenda and Kathryn were among over 100 names on the petition, sent after what was apparently a very disastrous meeting of a couple different chapters of the union. Some are even calling for the resignation of SAG’s President, Alan Rosenberg, who has been pushing for a strike for ages now. Congrats to the Housewives cast members and other actors who signed the petition. Let’s hope your efforts work and business can go on as usual. I’ll keep you posted on whether or not the petition works and any voting results.
On a much better note, details about the next new episode have been released. It’ll be airing, again, on January 4th and is called ‘Home is the Place’. If you want the details continue on… If, not… check out this blogNow that he’s got his sight back, Carlos has been offered a great-paying job that Gabby wants him to take. The only hitch might be the fact he won’t be home much. Susan and Lee are gonna be hanging out while Jackson’s out of town and Edie starts noticing her hubby’s weird behavior. About time, I say. I do feel bad for Edie, though. She does seem to genuinely love Dave and he seems to see her as nothing more than a step towards getting back and returning to the people he really loves. Girl’s gonna need some seriously therapy after this season is over, mark my words.
Well, you know how I feel about these stories. Now it’s your turn to make your thoughts known in the comments section. Take care and see you next time
