Episode 316 Preview: “My Husband the Pig”

Steven CulpWe get a new episode this week (yay!) on March 4. It’s called “My Husband the Pig” and it’s the episode that will be narrated by Rex Van de Kamp that we’ve been hearing about for so long. According to the ABC.com website:

Rex Van De Kamp takes over the role as narrator of the goings on at Wisteria Lane, observing things from a male perspective, Edie gets a visit from an unexpected someone from her past, and an unanticipated pregnancy creates complications.

Sounds very juicy! I was also able to dig up some spoilers about this week’s episode (as well as some future happenings!) that I want to share. So here is your spoiler warning. After the jump, I’ll dig into the secrets. If you’d rather not know, don’t click the link!

Mike will be returning the ring that he bought for Susan on Sunday night’s episode. Did Ian give it back to him? Last I knew, he was the one that had it. Either way, that’s a bummer, eh? Edie’s long-lost son, Travers, shows up the same night, dropped off by her ex, Charlie. And older (and wealthy, of course) man named Victor Legrand spots Gabby and has his driver rear end her car in order to meet her.

What else can we expect this spring on Wisteria Lane? We’ll meet Ian’s parents in episode 317 and word is they’re not too happy about Susan. Also, it looks like Carlos and Edie might hook up! Sounds as if the union will be mostly platonic, but you never know with this show! And, despite his parent’s meddling, we can expect a grand wedding featuring Susan and Ian sometime before the season finale. Say it ain’t so!
