Lynette’s mom visits Wisteria Lane

Polly BergenIf you read my spoilers post yesterday, you know some juicy plots are unfolding on our favorite Sunday night drama. And you know that Lynette’s mom is going to be visiting. She will be played by veteran actress Polly Bergen, who has been in television and films since 1949, such as 1962’s “Cape Fear”. The role will be a recurring one throughout next season, but will be introduced in the season finale this May 20th. In my way of thinking, this answers a question that arose in the spoiler news about a certain fate that was going to befall the “Wives”. At any rate, I wonder what sort of relationship Tom has with his mother in law? Guess we’re going to find out!
